The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting mid to senior-level executives across various industries.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level leadership positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and social media platforms.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate pipelines.Utilize MIS (Management Information Systems) skills to track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
