Job Title: Painting SupervisorLocation: Saudi ArabiaDepartment: OperationsReports To: Operations ManagerJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: As a Painting Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the painting and coating operations during industrial construction projects. Your role will be critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of painting operations, complying with both national and international standards.RequirementsPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:Review and approve contractors' inspection and test plans for insulation and coatings.Assist in the development and approval of coating work packages and work plans, ensuring alignment with project schedules.Conduct in-progress inspections of coatings work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.Verify and approve contractors' quantity takeoffs from design drawings and ensure accurate quantity reporting.Manage and track calibration records for measurement and test equipment used in coating operations.Lead final system walk-downs, develop and track punch lists, and ensure all module turnover documentation is complete and compliant.Participate in and support contractor and company safety programs, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.Address and resolve non-conformances and construct-ability issues, facilitating effective solutions to maintain project timelines.Education and Experience:Diploma or Degree in Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in industrial construction, with a specific focus on painting and coating supervision.Profound knowledge of QA/QC system requirements and applicable quality standards and regulations.BenefitsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a high-stakes environment.Strong decision-making skills and the ability to address challenges decisively.Ability to perform repetitive movements and physically inspect construction sites, including walking, climbing, and occasionally lifting.Desirable Attributes:Certification or training in project management or a related field.Familiarity with Air Products safety and quality values, with a commitment to uphold these standards.Company Values:Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Emphasis on safety, ensuring all operations comply with company and regulatory guidelines.Integrity and responsibility in all aspects of the job.
