Gas Station Supervisor Job details: Employer Information: H & D Petroleum Inc. Spencerville, ON K0E 1X0 Canada 18.00 hourly / 40 hours per week (Bi-weekly). Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Work Site Environment: Non-smoking. Language: English Work Setting: Gas Station. Responsibilities: 1. Order merchandise Establish work schedules 2. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters 3. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages 4. Organize and maintain inventory 5. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Manage cash Conduct performance reviews 6. Coordinate the flow of information within the team 7. Follows and maintains cleanliness of the gas station facility. 8. Experience & Specialization: 9. Gas station retail store Additional Information Security and Safety Attention to detail.
