We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused Modern Workplace Technical Architect for our Calgary branch who will utilize strong business and technical consulting skills to design, architect, and implement solutions within the Long View End User Experience ('EUX') portfolio. The Modern Workplace Technical Architect will have a deep understanding and level of experience with virtualization solutions. A Day in the Life:Design, architect, and implement industry leading Microsoft technical solutions including M365 Services, Entra ID, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Endpoint Management by understanding client requirements through your savvy consulting skills, both business and technicalStrong understanding of EUX Principles, methodologies, and industry best practices in order to implement EUX solutionsCreate detailed IT and business policies, documentation including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations informationWork as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the projectWhat You Bring:10+ years' relevant EUX experience, as well as a technical subject matter expert in the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack, including the following:o M365 Services Design, Deployment and Managemento Windows 10/11 Deployment and Managemento Intune / SCCM Design, Deployment and Managemento Entra ID design, Deployment and Managemento Domain and tenant migrations & Consolidationso End Point Management Familiarity with Microsoft architecture and best practicesExperience working in a hands-on capacity with clients in the delivery of solutionsBroad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies and strong experience in working with complex solutionsAbility to effectively communicate with stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral, and various presentation formats and situationsWhy Work at Long View:Great people and cultureInteresting work- Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologiesFlexible environment- A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness, and wellnessWant to learn more about our culture and life at Long View?
