The primary responsibility of a Business Analyst is to understand the organization's objectives, processes, and requirements and then recommend and implement solutions that align with these goals.Collaborating with KRRI's team to assist in budget planning andestablish an understanding of their financials. Producing regular financial reports. Identifying and correcting errors, while generating documentation forrectifying incorrect postings to ensure the integrity of Accounts. Assisting in coordinating budget planning and uploading processes. Aiding in the quarterly budget review and re-forecasting procedures. Projecting expenditures and monitoring them against establishedbudgets. Creating SES on SAP and processing invoices on the IMS platform. Working closely with KRRI's Team, as well as Finance, Procurement, HR,GA, and other departments, on policy and process matters. Ensuring smooth closure of the fiscal year end by coordinating withFinance, Procurement, IT, and other relevant departments. Organizing transportation and accommodation arrangements. Arranging catering services for various events. Managing event reservations and related logistics. Obtaining necessary permits within specified timeframes. Collaborating with HR to streamline team hiring procedures, ensuringefficient candidate. sourcing, interviews, and selection. Managing organized employee resignations in collaboration with HR. Staying updated on employee relocations through HR.DocuSign Envelope ID: E63C5D9C-5F9D-4D06-A37C-5341324872D8 Implementing and communicating HR policies and updates to the team in collaboration with HR. Creating SC upon request. Maintaining stationery and IT asset inventory. Administering and managing active contracts.
