· Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple engagements·. Leading the audit of consolidation engagements for Listed companies;· Involved in Transactions Services assignments including IFRS conversion, Rights offering, Capitalincrease of EDRs and GDRs, acquisitions and spin off transactions . · Scheduling engagements,selecting staff and assigning workloads;· Preparation of the audit strategy and audit plan, setting and monitoring budgets;· Involved with legal, regulatory, tax and accounting issues that arise during the auditengagement;· Provide leadership in the timely delivery of quality services.
