Description:

We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

Responsibilities:

Developing architectural designs and plans for construction projects, including new buildings, renovations, and additions.

Collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet project requirements, budget, and timeline.

Conducting site visits and assessments to gather information on the project site, including environmental, regulatory, and zoning considerations.

Creating detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction projects, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Overseeing and coordinating the work of construction teams, including builders, engineers, and subcontractors.

Providing guidance and advice to clients on project scope, budget, and design options.

Evaluating and reviewing project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and ensure future success

Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

Requirements:

Candidates should have Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or any related field.

Candidates should have strong technical skills including proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, Indesign, and MS programs

Deep understanding of marketing concepts, including market research, product positioning, branding, and advertising. also be knowledgeable about digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. (MUST)

Ability to work independently

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
