Responsibilities:
Your role involves managing customer relationships and facilitating seamless property handovers. As the main point of contact for customers, you'll communicate progress, address inquiries, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Conducting property walkthroughs, you'll ensure a smooth handover process and explain property features.
Your role will include organizing welcome events and assisting residents in becoming a part of the community.
You'll also be responsible for issue resolution, collecting customer feedback, and generating reports.

Requirement
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
