A well established and well known company based in Sandton, is looking to appoint an Audi Used Car Manager to join their team.The successful incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an effective used car strategy that aligns with a premium brand positioning, achieves retail and customer satisfaction objectives, services brand loyalty and ensures dealer profitability. Additionally, the role includes managing approved suppliers to ensure benchmark products and service is offered to customers and dealers. Possible Tasks within this RoleResponsible for strategic and operational management of the Audi Used Car programmeCo-management of Audi Pre-owned franchises with Audi Regional managers and Business Management to ensure KPI achievementAnalysis of used car market trends, analysis and interpretation of Audi and competitor residual valuesDevelopment, implementation and management of Used Car franchise standardsDevelopment of sales incentives, training programs, advertising and promotion strategiesDevelopment and management of Used Car CI / CD, POS, merchandisingResponsible for the Audi Fleet and Used Car Auction SalesDevelop financial offers together with Audi Financial Services for demos and other used carsEngage with Audi Financial Services to steer/ manage Audi residual values for financial services productsResponsible for the GFV remarketing process together with Audi Financial ServicesPlanning and implementation of Dealer Used Car sales conferencesSupport Rental & FML customers with residual value managementRelationship management with residual value aggregators e.g. Transunion, GetWorth etc Qualification requirementsA recognised 3-year National Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Commerce / Engineering / Business Management. Experience neededMinimum of 5 years motor industry experience, ideally within some of the following fields:Product PlanningVolume PlanningBusiness ManagementBrand Management EssentialsAbility to think strategically.Ability to listen and communicate effectively at all levels.Ability and confidence to negotiate with dealer management.Analytical skills.Computing skillsUnderstanding of financial principles and business management.Product and retail selling knowledgeTask orientation, ability to get things doneInnovative, resourceful and self-disciplined Added AdvantageA post-graduate qualificationMinimum of 2 years at supervisory level. Should you wish to apply please email your CV through to Alana Botha at alana@profilepersonnel.co.zaOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
