The New Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities within both existing and potential client accounts. This role involves understanding the needs of clients, developing relationships and strategically driving growth by presenting and selling appropriate solutions that align with the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven and skilled in strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.Understand client needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions. 2. Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.Research and identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.Develop and implement strategies to generate new business. 3. Sales and Business Development: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.Analyze data to inform business development strategies.Provide insights and feedback to improve the company's products, services and market position. 5. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans.Set specific goals and create action plans to achieve them.Track and report on key metrics and objectives. 6. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development and operations.Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record in business development, sales, or related role.Experience in the Cleaning industry is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
