Overview A great mining company in KwaZulu Natal is seeking the expertise of a General Engineering Superintendent to join their team. Essential Requirements: Grade 12 N4 Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Electrical / Millwright / Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Boilermaker Trade Test Certificate 6 - 8 years' experience in a coal mining environment Duties and Responsibilities: Analyse and interpret planned/unplanned maintenance results, assess deviation and initiate corrective action. Assess and report on maintenance efficiency and implement action plans to address problem areas/deficiencies. Team management, including the optimisation of manpower utilization and efficiency, conflict management and team training and development. Ensure conformance with budget and cost effectiveness.
