Job Description:Kenvue is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an IT Asset Manager for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring PC delivery and distribution processes, ensuring adherence to policies and standard operating procedures. Your primary focus will be on managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets and facilitating the procurement process efficiently.Responsibilities:Execute and Monitor PC Delivery and Distribution:Implement and oversee the delivery and distribution of PCs, ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.Purchase Request Management:Monitor the status of open purchase requests, addressing issues promptly to facilitate smooth procurement processes.Vendor Payment Resolution:Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve any vendor payment issues, maintaining positive vendor relationships.IT Asset Auditing:Assist the IT Team and Finance in auditing physical IT assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.Inventory Monitoring:Monitor inventory locations, optimizing storage and ensuring timely availability of IT assets.Forecasting and SLA Alignment:Collaborate with relevant teams to forecast device needs and align procurement strategies with in-region Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery times.Order Approval:Act as a Level 1 Approver for orders within the region, ensuring alignment with procurement guidelines.Asset Database Auditing:Conduct regional Asset Management Database audits, correcting discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.IT Asset Inventory Reporting:Maintain and generate reports related to IT asset inventory, in compliance with company policies and reporting standards.Must have skills:Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven professionalAbility to critical think and make informed decisions.Be comfortable working in fast paced environment and can adapt quickly to change.Strong computer modeling and business writing skillsStrong communication and partnering skills.Strong Analytical skills.Advanced experience with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Swim Lanes, Pivot Charts.Knowledge and experience with Windows Application lifecycle management.Understanding of automation technologies related to cloud provisioning, instance optimization, cost modeling and cost management.Understanding of authentication processes including MFA/Conditional Access, Service Principals, Active Directory synchronizationMust have solid knowledge and understanding of Intune and end user device management (hardware/software) including but not limited to installing, configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting end user devices.Preferred skills:Familiarity with ServiceNow platformA foundational understanding of partnering business units the role interacts with, Finance and Procurement are an example.Knowledge and experience in an enterprise-level LAN management, systems configuration, network directories, domain name services, authentication, email, security and backup functionsProficient with PowerShell, Azure Command Line, Azure Administration PortalUnderstanding of IT infrastructure components including remote access (VPN), remote support tools, laptops, and wireless devices
