We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our IT department and contribute to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.Respond to help desk tickets promptly and efficiently.Troubleshooting VPN access.Coordination with support for resolving hardware issues of laptop/Desktop/AIO under warranty.Assist in the planning and implementation of software and hardware upgrades.Keeping accurate records of all software licenses and maintaining asset details in organization.Provide access to applications which reside on servers and share required data to the respective team.Maintaining Antivirus tools like TrendMicro and Kaspersky.Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system backups, software updates, and antivirus scans.Server Patching, Installation, Configuration, Performance monitoring on Windows & Linux machines.Experience with cloud computing and virtualization.Manage Network path, Mac Binding, bandwidth reservation, providing VPN access, checking broadband and leased line connection in firewall.Monitor Health check for application servers and reporting to the respective team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges.Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.Qualifications:BE/BCA/BSc in Computer Science, ECE or related fields with 2+ years of experience in IT support.Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.Experience in Active Directory, Antivirus, Printers, Ticketing softwareKnowledge of Cloud services from AWS, Azure, Google a plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch support.Relevant certifications (optional but a plus).Why Join Us:Opportunity for professional growth and development.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Competitive compensation package.Exciting projects and cutting-edge technologies.Don't miss this chance to make a significant impact in the world of IT support!
