Channelling Bees values inclusion through its tailor-made approach to cultivating an inclusive mindset and are committed to an inclusive workforce.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach new business leads to expand our client base.Develop and nurture relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers.Create customized advertising proposals for digital assets that align with client objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals..QualificationsSuccessfully completed a Master's degree in Marketing or Sales or related field.2+ years of experience in sale of various outdoor assets like digital screens, hoardings, theater spaces, airport media assets, etc.Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem and emerging trends.Social competence and strong communication skills, especially for building sustainable customer relationships.Perform competitor analysis to ensure all the brands advertising in other mediums are tapped and converted.Team player, dedicated mindset, and being proactive.Adapt to start-up environment and flexible to travel for client meetings.Language: Telugu, English, Hindi.BenefitsCompetitive pay and reimbursement of transport expenses.Make use of 20 annual leaves and 12 sick leaves.Yearly-based salary reviews and one-time relocation bonus.Financial support for business-related skills enhancement.Exciting internal events and additional gift vouchers for other occasions.
