As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our platform's reliability, scalability, efficiency, and security.ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management and Automation:Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure using Terraform for scalability, reliability, and automation.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment processes.Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to enable version-controlled, repeatable infrastructure deployments.Manage and provision infrastructure, focusing on scalability and reliability.Containerization and Orchestration:Containerize applications using Docker for improved portability and efficiency.Manage containerized applications in a Kubernetes environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resource optimization.Implement Kubernetes clusters and manage container orchestration for microservices architecture.Monitoring and Logging:Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health, performance, and availability of infrastructure and applications.Configure alerts and notifications for proactive monitoring and issue resolution.Analyze logs and metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.Security and Compliance:Implement security controls and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with security teams to conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.Participate in incident response activities and perform forensic investigations to identify and remediate security incidents.Manage network security and ensure data center security and compliance.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.Skills RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, and cloud technologies.Experience with Azure cloud services and proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for automated software delivery.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Azure Monitor.Understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud environments, with experience implementing security controls and compliance standards.Ability to mentor and guide DevOps team.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.Experience with multi-cloud systems is preferred.Experience in infrastructure provisioning, network security, and data center management.
