This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Region Head - Emerging Segments and will be based out of DelhiIn your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by onboarding renowned clients from the hospitality and wellness industry. Beginning with our user-friendly POS devices to accept payments, you will extend our suite solutions that simplify the entire payments experience for the consumers. This will also include solutions to enhance customer loyalty, analytics for informed decision-making, integration with the billing and property management software as well as other existing platforms.The responsibilities we entrust you with:•Expand Establishment Network: Acquire high end hospitality chains by offering solutions at scale and matching offerings to meet unique use cases as per suitability of the hospitality & wellness industry.•Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships and networks to deepen engagement with existing and potential clients and position holders at the CXO level•Solution Crafting: Work with internal teams to drive innovation and craft customised solutions for large establishments with a pan India presence•Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competition. Share insights to improve products and other value added offerings•Process guardian: Diligently following our processes for acquiring, onboarding clients, following our compliance policies and procedures, fulfilling necessary documentation and reporting for sales management.Relevant Work Experience:•Enterprise Sales in Fintech, Banking and Financial Services including Insurance, Solution Selling inIT and SAAS products, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom is desirable•Exposure to Hospitality, Wellness will be an added advantage•Prior experience in POS Sales, DCC, Solution Selling, EMI Deals is desirable but not necessaryYears of Experience:8 to 10 years in Individual Contributor capacity in Enterprise/Corporate SalesQualification:MBA in Marketing, Masters (Engineering/Commerce/Science), BE/Btech PRB
