Fashion Consultant & Public Relations Executive

Title: Fashion Consultant & Public Relations Executive. This role requires you to wear multiple hats and ace both of them. As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and providing outstanding customer service in the fast-paced world of online fashion retail. Your primary duties will include:1.           Customer Engagement and Sales•            Engage with customers via live chat, email, and social media platforms to assist with inquiries, provide product recommendations, and facilitate purchases.•            Utilize your knowledge of fashion trends, product features, and styling techniques to drive sales and exceed revenue targets.•            Converting sales and meeting sales targets through effective sales strategies and persuasive communication.•            Consistently provide a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to resolve client issues; communicate effectively and with empathy via phone, email, social media and/or written correspondence.2.           Order Processing and Fulfillment:•            Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers.•            Collaborate with our warehouse and logistics team to coordinate order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.•            Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.3.           Customer Relationship Management:•            Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance, addressing their concerns, and offering post-purchase support.•            Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and testimonials to gain insights into their preferences and shopping behaviors.•            Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty through exceptional service and attention to detail.As a Public Relations Executive with a focus on influencer sourcing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, managing media relations, and cultivating relationships with key influencers and stakeholders. Your primary duties will include:4.           Influencer Sourcing and Partnerships:•            Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities for press outreach and engagement.•            Identify and research relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators aligned with our brand values and target audience.•            Handle influencer sourcing queries and closely execute and monitor the dispatch on the products.Qualifications:•            Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for current trends and styles.•            Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and interact with customers effectively.•            Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.•            Flexibility to work remotely and accommodate varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
