We partner with ambitious, progressive executives around the world to future-proof their business and stay ahead of the competition and customer expectations.Role and Key Responsibilities:3 - 4 years of experience in developing Machine Learning and specifically at least 3 years on Analytics solutions for problemsConvert clients business problem into statistical problem and develop appropriate solutionsDeveloping suitable Machine Learning models Leveraging knowledge and experience in Machine Learning to improve existing solutions and design bespoke solutions.Hands-on experience in creating and developing fraud solutions in the BFSI / Healthcare / Telcom domainsExperience in DL, NLP & GenAI at the workplace would be an advantage.Presentation of solutions/ analysis to leadership/key stakeholdersTechnical Knowledge and ProgrammingProficient in open-source programming including PythonUnderstanding of NLP, Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, ML Engineering. Data cleaning and preparation (Missing value handling, Pipelines) Develop Regression based models, Support Vector Machines, Random Forests & Neural Networks for Fraud AnalyticsExpertise in handling issues related to Model Overfitting & Underfitting, understanding of Cross-Validation, Feature generation, Gradient descent & XG boost)Data visualization using POWER BI or Tableau, or any other visualization tool is desirableAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience/understanding on at least one of the tools like SAS, SQL, SPSS etc. is desirable but not a must PRB
