Job Description - Procurement Engineer Key Responsibilities:1.Understand and collate all requirements for purchase requisition issued by the design & site team.2.Estimate quantities as per drawings wherever required.3.Source vendors, contractors and consultants as per the project requirements.4.Acquire price quotations and prepare comparatives.5.Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions.6.Maintain high level of integrity.7.Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard.8.R&D in new technologies and building materials. 9. Be up to date with market developments.10.Ensure timely resource and material availability.11.Reconcile stock at site on a regular basis.12.Maintain procurement tracker. Qualifications:1.Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.2.4+ years hands on procurement experience in residential & commercial projects.3.Strong communication & analytical skills.4.Proficient working in Excel.
