Digital Sales Manager

India's leading Digital news publisher "Republic World" is looking for Digital Sales professionals across the region. Candidates should have handled a similar role in the past/ present and should have experience driving sales in the North Market.Experience Range: Minimum 3 Years of Digital Ad Sales experience in the northern markets.Location: Noida / Gurugram (candidate may have to travel to both locations depending on the business requirements)Role: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager (Subject to the current designation)Ideal Candidature:Must have a proven track record in digital advertising sales, with a strong understanding of the digital media ecosystemResponsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Aggressively chase sales targetsUnderstanding of basic keywords CTV, CPM, CPC, Banner Ads, Native Ads etc.Strong understanding of digital media platforms, and advertising products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent contacts with digital media agencies, media buyers, and digital marketing teams at direct advertisers.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentFluency in the regional language will be an added advantageFlexibility to travel and work 6 days a week (as per business requirements)Joining: Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days would be preferred.Please Note: We work on a 6-days from the office.
