The team has seen immense growthfrom a team of 2 people in 2015 to 200+ members globally(Dubai & Bangalore). The team followsan on-shore/ off-shore model of delivery and consists of people with expertise in Retail Analytics & Product Development, solvingproblems not limitedto Inventory Management, Assortment Planning, End to End Supply Chain & Pricing. Key Responsibilities:As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee experience, and engagement through various programs and activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.The Business Partner HR plays a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with the strategic goals of the business unit, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR solutions are customized to meet the specific needs of the unit while maintaining alignment with the broader HR initiatives of the organization.This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and corporate HR teams.The individual will be expected to contribute towards executing HR strategy and ensuring its translation into meaningful programs and initiatives that shape the employee experience.Plan, coordinate, and execute employee activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie within the organization.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.Conduct regular surveys and assessments to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Analyze data and feedback to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of engagement initiatives with overall HR strategies.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's/master's degree.(2-5) years of experience in Business Partnering and Experience.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.You are data-driven and comfortable with numbers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Employee engagement.
