Key Responsibilities ESG @ VivritiEmbed ESG practices & sustainability in the organizational cultureWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of the firm's commitment to ESG integration in investment processDraft narrative content for ESG blogs, ESG sector views, sustainability reports and all other communication for ESG and impact respectivelyConduct ESG trainings and workshops across all verticals for both VCPL & VAMBuild a framework to assess & report Scope 3 emissionsEnsure ESG rating readiness for both VCPL & VAMCreate guidelines, checklists, procedures to align with the best sustainability practices and Impact frameworkSPOC for GIINReviewing of all E, S & G policies and updating the same as and when required. Ensuring all revisions are placed before the Board for approvalPortfolio - ESG & ImpactConduct ESG due diligence in person on field interacting with the client, evaluating their ESG risks, preparing ESG risk notes and monitoring the portfolioSupport the Investment team by assessing and managing the ESG risks and opportunities of each portfolio companyDevelop tools and metrics to track, evaluate and monitor the impact measurement across the portfolioEnsure that the sustainable Funds are SFDR compliantSPOC for all the green finance frameworks - green bonds, sustainability linked bonds, social bondsWork on Sustainability / impact ratings for each fund, as requiredCSR @ VivritiIdentify projects for CSR, ensuring compliance checks and preparing feasibility reports on shortlisted projectsAllocation of CSR Funds, followed by audit and monitoring report The ideal candidate wouldPossess 3+ years of relevant experienceUnderstanding of debt products, debt marketsUnderstanding of ESG Risk and Impact measurementStrong communication skillsWillingness to travelPreferred Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBAWho We Are?Vivriti is a young, dynamic, and spirited institution that boasts of a large appetite for success through its vision of creating the largest and most valuable platform for enterprise finance.
