MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The role aims to enhance business understanding and decision-making in the Sales department by collecting, analysing, and reporting data. Key responsibilities include capturing campaign data, identifying trends or gaps and collaborating with internal and external partners on business processes. You will be required to provide ongoing sales and operations reports to the sales enablement specialists or sales teams, highlighting any concerns, trends or changes.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reports: Gather, analyse and capture data received from the sales floorProduce accurate sales and operations reports to the business Analyse all data captured, identify and highlight trends, changes or concerns with the relevant stakeholdersCreating specs and testing of reports Operational Processes: Communicating with business department to provide feedback on sale related requestsTracking incentive budgets to ensure alignment with budget allocation QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Matric1 year administrative experience ideally within a sales environment Intermediate Excel skillsGood understanding of sales processes required BEHAVIOUR AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailMulti-tasking Organised  Remuneration: A market related package including benefits.
