Continuous Improvement Engineer - FMCG

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our client's team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Our client, a well-established company in the FMCG sector, is dedicated to continuous improvement and optimizing their manufacturing processes.Responsibilities: Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Design and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices. Analyze data and utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes and implement solutions for process inefficiencies. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute continuous improvement projects and initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement innovative solutions. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Engineering/Chemical) At least 5 year's experience in process engineering in a food and dairy system design At least 5 year's experience in project management within the food dairy industry Sound knowledge and experience of regulatory and legislative requirements for food and dairy industry Experience in handling large capital projects Computer literate in MS Package, AutoCAD Proven experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer in the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools. Experience in project management and change management is preferred. Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
