Our Labs - The Communication Lab, STEM Lab & Financial Literacy Lab are taken up by schools which they then run mandatorily for all their students within the time-table during the school year. BeyondSkool is fast growing with presence in over 9+ cities and a 100+ schools. Job Description-BeyondSkool is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Partnership Manager/Director(s) to join our team. The Sales Partnership Manager will play a key role in driving growth by establishing and managing strategic partnerships with schools in the defined geography. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in sales, preferably with a background in school sales, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities-o Identify and cultivate partnerships with schools promote BeyondSkool's programs.o Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand BeyondSkool's market presence.o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, and parents.o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.o Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the management team.o Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of programs to partner schools.o Act as a brand ambassador for BeyondSkool, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.Requirements-o Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.o 4-7 years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.o Prior experience in school sales or educational services is highly desirable.o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.o Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives.o Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.o Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.o Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team PRB
