The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI technology, a deep understanding of Generative AI techniques, and a proven track record of successfully leading AI projects from conception to launch. As an AI Product Owner for Generative AI projects, you will play a pivotal role in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI products that delight our customers and drive business growth.Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with at least (X years) of experience in AI product development, particularly in Generative AI. • Deep understanding of Generative AI techniques and algorithms, including generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and deep reinforcement learning (DRL). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and technical solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and build consensus. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and familiarity with Agile product management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. • Passion for AI technology and a desire to drive innovation and create value through AI-driven products.Responsibilities • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Generative AI projects, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories. • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and preferences, and ensuring that the product delivers value and meets quality standards. • Lead the product backlog grooming process, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer feedback, and maintaining a well-defined backlog. • Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to identify and evaluate Generative AI techniques and algorithms that best meet project requirements. • Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Generative AI features, providing guidance on technical requirements and trade-offs. • Define success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Generative AI projects, and track and measure project progress against goals. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to gather insights and validate product hypotheses, and iterate on product features based on feedback. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and incorporate learnings into product strategy PRB
