Back End Developer

Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Software Engineer with over 4 years ofexperience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inbackend development, particularly using Django and Flask frameworks. The role alsorequires familiarity with frontend technologies, API development, and a solid understandingof both relational and non-relational databases. Experience in real-time project development,especially in the eCommerce domain, will be highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using Django andFlask.- Design, build, and maintain robust APIs to support frontend functionalities and third-partyintegrations.- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to create seamless andresponsive web applications.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Manage and maintain databases including MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis to ensure dataintegrity and performance.- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and improve userexperience.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we areleveraging the best solutions.- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and shared knowledge across theteam.Required Skills and Experience:- 4+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Django and Flask.- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.- Proven experience in API development and integration.- Familiarity with frontend technologies including React.- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL) and non-relational databases(MongoDB, Redis).- Proficiency in deploying applications on AWS and managing cloud infrastructure.- Experience in real-time project development, preferably in the eCommerce sector.- Solid understanding of RESTful principles and experience in designing RESTful APIs.- Working knowledge of Node.js is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in full-stack development.- Understanding of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Education:- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, orequivalent practical experience.
