Event and Experiences Associate

What We Do: Innovate in the space of early music education and building erudite audiences for Indian classical music.About the Role: This is a part-time hybrid role for an Event and Experiences Associate at ShrotaHouse. As an Event and Experiences professional, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing experiences related to Indian classical music for young children. This includes (not limited to) coordinating with all stakeholders - venues, sponsors etc., managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience especially for younger audiences. The role is located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work.Primary Qualifications:Strong organizational, negotiation and project management skillsStrong Communication skills, Proactive, People FriendlyLanguages: English (Hindi, Kannada and others are a plus)Creative problem-solving, attention to detail and adhering to deadlinesUnderstanding and passion for Indian classical musicPrior experience in event planning or related rolesAdded Advantage:Bachelor's degree or equivalentPursues Indian classical musicInterested in the space of children's education PRB
