However, the ambitious plan includes an extensive expansion to encompass over 50 cities in the coming 12 months.We are not an option; we are a choice!Job Summary: IT & Non-IT Recruiter ( Technical exprert in sourcing -Engineering roles, Analytic role, Marketing roles )We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT and non-IT recruitment and be adept at managing multiple employee programs. This role requires a proactive approach to build and maintain sustainable, scalable models through various events, webinars, and activities, enhancing employee engagement and benefits.Job Responsibilities:Manage multiple employee programs and build sustainable scalable models through various events, webinars, and activitiesCollaborate with various employee resource groups and align on execution effortsTake a data-driven approach to benefits and engagement which includes driving survey results and measuring the impact and effectiveness of related programs continuouslyKey Responsibilities:Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for both IT and non-IT roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Event Coordination: Plan and execute events,R&R, webinars, and activities aimed at enhancing employee engagement and benefits.Program Management: Oversee multiple employee programs3+ years of experience in program management, HR, or any customer-facing roleStrong Experience in IT and NON IT hiring Have worked for Engineering hiring mandate skills ( Devops, Android, Backend, Testing )Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMandate - Good in Portal Naukri & How to ApplyPlease reach out to us at bharti.jaiswal@rapido.bike with your current CTC and a summary highlighting the projects you have handled in program/employee engagement activities and achievements.Note: We are looking for Bangalore-based candidates who can join immediately.Proven expertise in ( Devops, Android, Backend, Testing ) hiring Excited to solve challenges in the mobility space?
