The company specializes in building drawings and design solutions for a wide range of clients.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:Read and analyze building drawings to identify any discrepancies or issues ( Civil Drawing) CadInteract with US-based counterparts and operational managers to discuss project requirements and deadlinesAbility to read and understand building drawings and schematicsEnsure that all work is carried out in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to the highest quality standardsCommunicate effectively with US-based team members to ensure smooth delivery of projectsCollaborate with US-based operational managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budgetRespond to inquiries from US-based clients and provide excellent customer serviceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPrevious experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred PRB
