Strategic Support - Vendor Management Administration RoleThe individual handling this role must support the Finance Strategic Partnership Director with: contractual adherence, ensuring 3rd party deliverables are planned, conducted, reviewed, and managed within SLA. The individual's responsibility is to plan, identify, and monitor deliverables to support the Strategic Partnership Director. This will include supporting the Finance vendor management administrative calendaring, communications, productional calendar, billing reconciliation, third party policies and procedures, SLA reporting, IT connectivity as well as project support. Description of Responsibilities:Work closely with Corporate Sourcing and Procurement in coordinating the purchase orders and change orders.Work closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager on communications re: annual expenses and quarterly expense updatesCoordinate quarterly SLA delivery for Strategic Partnership ManagerCoordinate quarterly QA delivery for Strategic Partnership ManagerCoordinate quarterly QBR reviewsCoordinate Risk Register reviewsCo-create survey communicationsCoordinate review sessions for annual SOP/SPOF reviewCoordinate annual Scope of Service and Critical SLA reviewReview vendor contract with Strategic Partnership Manager for compliance of termsInfluence vendors and business partners to ensure compliance with the contractual terms by supporting the Monthly Relationship Review discussionsCollaborate as appropriate with information security, compliance and/or disaster recovery and business continuity management to maintain Finance vendor management practicesInform vendor of required information security assessments and track deliveryMonitor and advise on information security issues related to information assets, data systems, information workflows to identify and mitigate security risksReview projects for compliance to information security requirementsCoordinate the gathering of vendor, assurance and other assessment data and prepare reports for submission to managementBuild communication and escalation plans around vendor risk management and assurance activities within the enterpriseParticipate in annual audits and other data security reviews as neededServe on various projects to support vendor transition initiatives and working groups as appropriateDevelop and coordinate policies and processes with the Strategic Partnership Manager Independently responsible and seeks to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)Act with integrity and trust, handles confidential data with utmost sensitivity, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customersSkills to be successful:Confidentiality: Knowledge of practices and policies governing disclosure of information about the organization, its business activities, and employees; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.Extreme attention to detail and organizationMicrosoft Office Suite proficientFluently speaks and articulates the English language PRB
