Responsibilities:Program Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of academic program operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics management to ensure smooth program delivery.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and vendors, providing timely and accurate information and support.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining operational processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in program delivery.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date program data and documentation, including participant records, budget information, and program evaluations, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and monitoring, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts to ensure financial accountability and adherence to budgetary guidelines.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure program compliance with institutional standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory policies.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to program operations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure continuity of program delivery.Event Planning: Coordinate program-related events, workshops, and conferences, including venue selection, catering arrangements, participant registration, and on-site logistics management.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and distribute program-related documentation, reports, and communications to stakeholders, summarizing program activities, outcomes, and recommendations.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including academic departments, marketing, finance, and technology, to support program goals and objectives and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in program management, operations, or related fields, preferably in an academic or educational setting.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.Knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements is desirable.Skills Required1. Fluent in MS-Powerpoint, MS-Excel2. Fluent in Google Sheets and complete G-Suite3. Experience in Faculty Management4. Experience in Faculty Data Management PRB
