PS: On Wednesdays, we work from home ;) Team & Job Position: Travel & Lifestyle Sr. CoordinatorExperience Required - 3 to 5 years You will be a part of the Operations team at ATD, and your responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to: • Handle inquiries and manage client expectations before, during, and after a trip. • Design and prepare travel itineraries as per the clients' brief. • Prepare costings and proposals for travel itineraries. Communicate & coordinate start-to-end travel requests with the clients. • Build relationships with partners and suppliers. • Create initiatives to streamline the processes within the department. • Constantly work on ways to minimise the cost of operations and maximise profits. • Prepare monthly and annual sales & production reports. Improvise and work on a solution driven approach • Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills: • Graduate with a B.Com. degree. • 3-5 years of experience in handling international travel operations. • Having travelled internationally would be a plus. • Knowledge of Amadeus & basic knowledge on flights & visas. • Specialist certifications from various International Tourism • Boards would be taken into consideration. • Should have knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost • control to bring efficiency. • Proficient with Excel. • Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills. • Great team player. • Communication skills.NOTE: This is a full time, on-site role In Khar, Mumbai.Please email your CV to hr@atravelduet.com, with a cc to poonam@atravelduet.com Kindly mention the following:Kindly mention the following: ➢ Earliest available joining ➢ Be able to work out of our Khar office on a daily basis. ➢ Current and Expected CTC PRB
