The successfulcandidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards andregulations, preparing accurate financial statements and reports, liaising with auditors, andrecommending investment opportunities and strategies. You will be responsible for managingand updating our Real Estate ERP system, providing guidance and support to project managersand stakeholders, and helping us achieve our vision of excellence, integrity, and sustainability inall our endeavours.Ecommerce & Marketing Operations:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee our online salesoperations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Ecommerce platforms, digital marketingstrategies, and customer engagement techniques. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth,optimising the online shopping experience, and managing various aspects of our Ecommerce business.The role is primarily responsible for the delivery of revenue and performance of targets to the brand's businessvia marketplaces like Amazon, and Flipkart. Quick Commerce like Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart. Also, KPIoptimization (traffic, conversion, basket, retention, profitability).Job Description:  Own the delivery of all e-commerce targets.Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company Ecommerce website. Ensure website functionality, user experience, and performance meet industry standards.Collaborate with IT/ web development teams/agencies to implement necessary updates and improvements.Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels on Ecommerce platforms. Optimize product descriptions, images, and other content to maximize sales conversions.Serve as a key contact for all E-commerce related activity and lead daily operations of the Amazon and Flipkart business to maintain profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.Customer Experience and Service management.Focused on collaborating with marketing and sales teams to work toward merchandise sales targets.Handling the experience that customers have when purchasing online.MIS - All reports including but not restricted to monthly - weekly sales, Sales forecast, order, and MDM.Analyze Ecommerce data and metrics to track performance and identify trends.Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize Ecommerce operations.Hands-on experience in planning in execution of display campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.Deep understanding of search and BI consoles on Amazon (AMS/ Amazon Pi) Flipkart (PLA / Brand Insights), Blinkit ads, etc.Requirements:Proven experience in Ecommerce management, preferably in the Food & Beverages/retail/FMCG/consumer goods industry.In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems, WMS, IMS, and OMS.Understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and SEM.Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Ecommerce analytics platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-starter, Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).2 to 4 years of E-Commerce experience.Demonstrated track record of increasing e-commerce revenues via Amazon in an Omni-channel business model.Strong website and consumer analytic skills, including the ability to link site design and features to strategic objectives and the ability to use the data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.Strong team player, able to work successfully across multiple business functions.
