Experience : 8 to 10 yearsEducation : BE/B.Tech - MERoles and Activities:Develop continuous business for Thermal/Biofuel/WTE plants of various capacities, so as, to become lead supplier in domestic and export business.To lead team of engineers for prompt and constructive techno-commercial proposals to customers.Coordinate and expedite internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless building of sales, proposal and orders conversion.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders including consultants.Perform risk management to minimize sales risks.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.Proven ability to complete sales and transactions according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Skills & proficienciesEstablished contacts and worked for various Standalone/Cogen plants. Familiar of equipment's and its basic workingsCommercial and Contractual obligations related aspectsDeveloping and Tracking of various trade forums, exhibitions, liasioning agenciesComplete Sales Cycle Management and Process ImprovementsStrong Written and Verbal CommunicationProven ability to solve problems creativelyDetailed knowledge on plant process, statutory regulations and requirements. Minimum QualificationsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills with written and verbal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience is advantage. Multi discipline knowledge (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Commissioning) will be advantage. MBA is preferred but not mandatory.Strong familiarity with Sales management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Experience seeing Sales through the full life cycle.Hands-on experience on commercial details, payment terms, contractual obligations, EXIM policies etc.International Sales and Business Development will be advantage.Proven working experience in Business Development and Sales of plants.
