For more information, visit http://www.ogilvy.com/, or follow Ogilvy on Twitter at @Ogilvy and on Facebook.com/OgilvyPurpose of the Role:Strong on program and project management, partner with business owners, technical and non-technical stakeholders and leading cross functional development teams to drive complex program(s) from initiation through delivery in a global distributed delivery model.Job Responsibilities:• Prepare project plans, monitor task completion, track deadlines and milestones.• Collect requirements and requests from clients for new Projects; manage client expectationsexternally while overseeing the delivery team internally to ensure quality standards andclient satisfaction are met.• Review the trade-offs and impact involved in designing the technical aspects of the solutionto the client and the team.• Develop and manage best practices for project management across the project lifecycle, andwill ensure delivery of projects against goals, schedule, and budget.• Assess business impact of issues and risks to the project. Drive effective communication ofissues and risks to the client.• Thorough Quality assurance and focusing on the details on the deliverables prepared byteam before passing to client.• Support project scoping, ensure resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration,identify, and mitigate competing priorities, assess business readiness, and evaluate theeffectiveness of change management and adoption strategies.• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.• Establish framework for governance of scope management, process management, analysisand prioritisation of resolution strategies.• Review SLAs compliance status on an ongoing basis and make strategies to overcome noncompliance.• Understand the clients' culture, capabilities, team structure and take decisions to ensuresuccess for the client.• Review overall project metrics to ensure compliance to quality on all client deliverables.• Escalate and resolve project issues by effectively working with various client, partner anddevelopment teams.• Report and communicate progress and status of projects to clients and senior management.Experience:• Master's or Bachelor's in computer science or related discipline.• 10+ years of relevant work experience.• Vast experience in managing large scale digital transformation programs around web contentmanagement (Sitecore/Adobe AEM), commerce with 3rd party integrations.• Strong technology background is a must.• Should have experience of managing project financials.• Good understanding of automation, build and release processes, DevOps, projectmanagement tools, and quality processes.• Strong understanding of key client stakeholders and managing client expectations.• PMI Certification and exposure to agile SW development processes is preferred.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively able to collaborate withmultiple teams across geographically diverse area.• Strong process development skills; ability to transform best practices and prospectrequirements into highly efficient and executable business processes.• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and function as a strongteam player.• Proactive, meticulous, detail-oriented and capable of handling a high volume of work.• Must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative.• Results oriented, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.• Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.• Positive attitude and desire to grow within an emerging organization.• Experience in pre-sales process is a plus• Good to have PMP/SAFe certifications PRB
