We want to see a willingness to learn, and an unmatched work ethic coupled with a keen sense of accountability and pride in what you do!Designation: US Non-IT RecruiterLocation: Masab Tank, Hyderabad (Onsite)Exp: Min 4+yearsShift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM ISTPosition: 03Roles and Responsibilities: -Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients and Implementation partners.Thoroughly understand and work on the client's requirements and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.Should have Working experience with job sites Dice, Monster, Career builder, Job diva etc.Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals.Must have good working exposures with Randstad.· Identifying candidates using Boolean search on Dice, Monster, indeed, CB and Sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates for the job requirements from multiple location for USA.Negotiating contract terms and benefits by taking ownership of profitability.Must pay attention to maintaining & building the candidate database.Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.What we are looking for: -Min 4+ years of a proven track record in Non-IT Staffing in US market.Strong communicator.Good understanding of non-IT terminology and US staffing industry.Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required.Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
