We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner to lead our client's (a prestigious law firm) Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate legal domain, with a minimum of 15 years of PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and drive the growth of their real estate practice.Key Responsibilities:1. Provide strategic leadership to the real estate practice and oversee its day-to-day operations.2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on business development and client retention.3. Independently handle all negotiations with clients and other parties.4. Supervise and mentor a team of two members - one Principal Associate and one Associate.5. Collaborate with the Managing Partner to align the practice with the firm's overall strategy.6. Contribute to the firm's revenue by bringing in a book of business.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.2. Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law.3. Proven track record of handling complex real estate transactions and negotiations.4. Strong business development skills and the ability to bring in a substantial book of business.5. Excellent leadership and mentorship skills to guide and develop team members.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.7. In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.Preferred:1. Experience working in a leading real estate company or a well-established independent practice.2. Master's degree in Law (LLM) or a related field.Sounds interesting?
