Role & Responsibilities:We are looking for a consumer-obsessed marketing mind who loves to operate at start-up speeds, solve some of the hardest problems and help build a service that customers love. We are seeking a consummate brand builder with a proven record of building world-class consumer brands to head our Brand & Communications function. This role manages all communication across different business units of Monitoring & Commerce, Meds & Diagnostics and Care. Responsible for Brand marketing, PR, influencer marketing and communications. Help to identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy. Use a mix of insights and innovations to create compelling narratives which are reflective of deep customer understanding (attitudes and behaviours). Translate internal and external research into insights that power brand marketing and advertising strategies. Analyse customer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to create successful brand strategies. Assist in developing and maintaining the brand messaging and brand visual elements. Engineer ATL and BTL initiatives, reaching diverse audiences through tailored approaches. Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message. Collaborate cross functionally to oversee deployment of a brand marketing strategy that works through our various marketing initiatives. In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Glassdoor, etc.). Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational concepts. Measure and report on the success of brand marketing campaigns. Support creative development and delivery of marketing assets at STAGE as well as ATL paid media & social channels. Liaise with a wide range of external partners (creative agencies, production partners) in creating & deploying our marketing campaigns. Skills & Experience:8+ years of brand building expertise for digital new age companies. Deep expertise in Consumer Research and in sighting for campaign development. Solid experience of working with Production agencies and content creators. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective segmented campaigns. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind. MBA from top schools with Marketing and Communications specialization. Experience of handling large budgets and multimedia campaigns. PRB
