In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our alternative investment funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing operational efficiency. If you are passionate about private market investing, excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing start-up, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.Job description:Coordinating with various service providers, such as bankers, custodians, fund accountants, and RTA for day-to-day operationsManage the daily and periodic MIS for the stakeholdersTake care of investor level drawdown, contribution tracking, and unit allocationManaging the end-to-end unit dematerialization process to transfer the units to investors' Demat accountsMaintaining investor-level data recordsManaging investor-level SOAs, capital statements, quarterly reports, income statements, and other transactional communicationsManaging the AIF regulatory and client reporting/ compliance.Desired profile:Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration with 3-5 years of relevant experienceEffective verbal and written communicationAbility to deliver turn around deliverables quicklySound problem solving approachDetail oriented with a high degree of accuracyMust be Investor/Business centricMust possess a deep understanding of VC/PE CAT II AIF, Fund Operations and Wealth Management Business.
