JOB TITLE Executive- Field Installation Support TechnicianNon of Position & LOCATIONBengaluru - 02Gujarat - 02ABOUT THE ROLEOverview: As a Field Installation Support Technician with a Diploma qualification and experience working both in office and field environments, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment, installation, and maintenance of our products at customer sites. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, hands-on skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients. You will be responsible for coordinating installation projects, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction. JOB DESCRIPTION.Installation Coordination: Coordinate and schedule installation projects, including site visits, equipment setup, and integration activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and customer requirements.Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and internal teams regarding installation procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and product functionalities, both remotely and on-site.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including site reports, equipment configurations, and customer communication, to facilitate project tracking, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing. Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint will be beneficial for documentation and communication purposes.& vendor Interaction: Interact directly with customers & vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide training on equipment operation and maintenance, fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.Travel: Travel to various locations as required to support installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.Language: Ensuring proficiency in Hindi, English, and Kannada Bangalore Location: Additional proficiency in Kannada & Tamil.Location: Additional proficiency in GujaratiABOUT THE CANDIDATEEXPERIENCE 2 - 3 yearsEDUCATION in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalentExperience: Proven experience working in field installation, maintenance, or technical support roles, with a demonstrated ability to perform hands-on tasks and troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
