Professional Communication Trainer

JD for Communication Trainers Purpose:The Communication Trainer will manage the CRT and other modes of learning effectively. He/ She will positively image and map the learning and knowledge of the scholars who would be between 17-25 years of age. He/ She will prepare the scholars with effective English Communication and Behavioral skills for the job roles they have been chosen for.Roles & Responsibilities:Should effectively deliver CRT with right and appropriate techniques to facilitate scholars for learning effectively and proof of such learning could be assessed and be made visible.Should be able to work in a team by aligning with the team's goals, while playing a significant role by sharing responsibilities in achieving the expected outcomes.Should conceive and create content as and when required in order to enhance the understanding and learning of the scholars.Should be compassionate, connected and be able to lead the scholars in preparing them for effective communication in their future job rolesShould be willing to travel between locations whenever needed.
