JOB DESCRIPTION: Improve the design and content, drive traffic, and enhance the overall user experience of the websiteLead discussions with technical experts to develop and improve website content and messagingManage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search results Coordinate with marketing team to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the websiteExpand and promote the company's web presence through social media, email, web advertising (Google Ads), and other online sourcesTrack and analyze KPI trends related to website conversion and lead generationDevelop creative and engaging social media strategies and content to improve presencePlan and deliver content across different platforms ( and Twitter)Monitor, track and analyze social media performance to optimize engagement, drive leads, and recommend improvement strategies to increase performanceEducate new and existing employees on social media best practices and promote its use within the companyEncourage collaboration across teams and departmentsELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:Degree/Diploma or certification in Web, social media, or Digital Design2-4 years of experience in digital marketingA results-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinkerThe ability to both establish strategic direction and also executeExcellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation and the ability to analyze campaignsIndependent enough to complete tasks on time, every timeExperience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignFlexibility to work in US/Canada time zones to effectively support global teams PRB
