Enterprise360 is Genpact's biggest ops transformation platform which drives zero transparency and insights to drive outcomes by enabling its users access data points in real-time, connecting them behind the scenes, and then adapting their operations at speed and with precision. Operating with collective intelligence from our huge client base, Enterprise360 helps its users see their business from every angle to uncover opportunities for getting better. Cora ops30 is a multi-dimensional, multi-faceted transformation program that will unlock tremendous value by targeting 3 key business outcomes - (1) revenue acceleration (2) cost reduction and (3) insights to drive business outcomes. We are looking for a talented and experienced Communication and Change Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating & executing communication and content strategies that effectively drive Enterprise360 agenda and engage our target audience. The Communication and Change manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to create high-quality content and high-impact communication and change management strategies.Responsibilities:Create high-quality content, including email campaigns, news corner content, genome trainings, video scripts, success stories, newsletters, townhall decks and any other ad-hoc materials, that effectively communicate key messages and engage our target audience.Collaborate with product team and develop tailored communication plans to engage target audience, provide ongoing communication support and guidance to product team and senior leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and develop appropriate strategies.Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and follow the Genpact tone of voice and other brand policies.Manage and maintain the Enterprise360 user community content, ensuring that the content is up-to-date and relevant, respond to user queries posted on the community wall on collaboration with product team.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication and content strategies and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes.Provide guidance and training to other team members on communication and content best practices.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityQualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualificationsGraduatePreferred qualifications:Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)Good Presentation SkillsBasic knowledge about Enterprise360 and its capabilitiesGenpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
