Key Role and Responsibilities:Ability to Manage Team in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Financial Shared Services domainexperience in setting up a pilot process in International Set up would be of great advantagehave the ability to be hands on as this would help the team immensely in the setting up phaseManagement where multiple businesses have different prioritiesand Process Management seamlessly in a structured/unstructured environmentthat Business delivery plans are being adhered to as per agreement with the onshore teamand developing the team to become independent in the longer runand sustaining Strong relationship across business stakeholdersto manage various Financial Processesonshore & offshore leaders in talent developmentup the KPIs, Goals and SWPs to build a strong foundation for the team to expand furtheron collaboration and Continuous Improvementclosely with business stakeholders Onshore and help them sustain service levelsteam members and help create SMEsKey Skills Required:8+ years of experience in managing Accounting/Finance/Banking/Financial Shared Services domaincurrently be working as a Manager with 2+ years at that levelhave led/managed a team of 10 plus people across multiple sub groups withinStrong Problem Solving Skills with a Keen Eye/Execution for Process ImprovementAdditional knowledge and exposure to RPA would be a huge advantageMetrics Management and Creation. Working and succeeding in a SLA bound and driven set uphave the ability to go Micro or Macroconceptual knowledge about Financial ProcessesStrong analytical and problem solving skills and a demonstrated aptitude for learning new thingsAbility to work within a team environment, manage business stakeholders and independently coordinate and deliver commitmentsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and mutually agree timescales with onshore managersAct with sense of urgency, practicality and integrityEnsure Stakeholder satisfactionActively request feedback on performance and supports development of others. Demonstrate ability to give constructive feedback. Design challenging personal development planDemonstrate ability to make decisions in relation to deliverables and people. Monitor and review performances closelyPeople Management:Develop, execute and monitor progress against the project plans, goals and objectivesParticipate in performance management activities, including the creation of training and career plansMaintain relationships within other teams across onshore teams within payroll domainShift Timings: 8 am to 5 pm EST (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST) Work Mode:Work from Office-Monday to Friday PRB
