Responsibilities: Assist with safely installing and rigging equipment for GSM networks (cell towers, antennas) Learn proper climbing techniques and safety protocols Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Strong work ethic and ability to take direction No fear of heights and good physical fitness Ability to learn quickly and follow safety procedures Team player with a positive attitude
