Assistant Lead Design Engineer

We are looking an experience design engineer with a proficient knowledge in Automobile, Rail-road design and vehicle manufacturing. Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Design Engineer in overseeing the design team's operations. Contribute to the development of design strategies and ensure their implementation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure designs meet cross-functional requirements. Oversee the progress of projects from concept to production, ensuring they adhere to timelines and budgets. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Conduct complex design and analysis tasks to ensure vehicle performance meets standards. Qualifications: Minimum experience 6+ years requiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Extensive experience in mechanical design, preferably in road-rail vehicle manufacturing. Proficient in mechanisms, drive systems, powertrains, vehicle design, load/stress analysis, and dynamic analysis. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills  PRB
