Job Role : Marketing ManagerLocation: AhmedabadObjectiveThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, managing branding efforts, and driving lead generation through various marketing activities. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external resources to achieve business goals and ensure customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing StrategyDesign and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and targets.Prepare detailed marketing plans and budgets.Ensure effective execution of the marketing strategy.BrandingGain a deep understanding of Gopani's brand identity and values.Manage and maintain consistency in physical collaterals, including catalogs, case studies, and merchandise (uniforms, gifting, cards, exhibitions, conferences, and other branding opportunities).Oversee digital collaterals, such as websites and social media pages, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.Marketing Activities and ExecutionIdentify and prioritize marketing activities based on the overall strategy.Plan and coordinate with internal teams and external resources to execute marketing activities effectively.Develop and manage budgets for all marketing expenses, tracking key parameters such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost per Lead (CPL), and Return on Investment (ROI).Performance Marketing & Lead GenerationDevelop and implement sustainable organic and paid marketing campaigns to generate leads from relevant platforms.Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts, ensuring proper distribution within the team and tracking conversion rates.Customer SuccessCollaborate with the customer success team to understand business goals and objectives.Utilize workflows and marketing collaterals to support customer success initiatives.Advanced AnalyticsSet clear goals and plan activities for marketing campaigns.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.Allocate budgets for marketing expenditures.Execute marketing campaigns and track progress.Monitor expenses and analyze the impact of marketing efforts (CAC, CPL, Cost per conversion, Business Impact, etc.).Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.RequirementsExperience in traditional marketing, including Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) activities.Proven track record in running successful marketing campaigns across various channels.Proficiency in digital marketing with strong skills in SEO optimization.Expertise in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush.Ability to manage and lead a marketing team effectively.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and project management skills.Familiarity with branding principles and consistency in maintaining brand identity across all platforms.Experience in budgeting and financial planning for marketing activities.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
