Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers Develop and implement product development plans Work with other engineering disciplines to ensure that products meet all requirements Manage project budgets and schedules Ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in mechanical engineering Mentor and develop junior engineers Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices Experience in managing and motivating a team
