The successful candidate will be a passionate individual who wants to make a difference in the world of energy storage and material science, challenging the status quo and taking part in a consequential mission.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to execute the product roadmapLead product development projects to drive improvements and innovation in battery technologyParticipate in strategic planning and market research activities to identify new product opportunities and evaluate potential competitorsManage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, always aiming to exceed customer expectationsDevelop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and componentsContribute to the development of technical documentation related to product design, testing, and requirementsWork alongside the marketing team to create comprehensive product launch plans that align with company objectivesRequirementsA Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, material science, or a related field3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the battery technology or energy storage industryA passion for sustainability, carbon reduction, and the transition to renewable energyExcellent project management and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesKnowledge of hardware development processes and associated tools, such as product design software, CAD, and project management softwareBenefitsPaid Time OffPrivate Health InsurancePerformance BonusTraining & Development PRB
